we are looking to hire freelancers to do an exhaustive database build up exercise of hospital contact details in India.
ONLY INDIAN FREELANCERS PLS APPLY
The freelancer will need to do the following:
1. You will be supplied with a list of 500 hospitals in India
2. For each Hospital you will need to find out the name and contact details of the following positions
a) Hospital Director or Chairman
b) Administrator Head
c) Medical Superintendent or Medical Director
f) HOD Cardio
g) HOD- Neurosurgery
4. Out of the 6 above profiles, we will need at least a minimum 4 of them of which Hospital Director has to be one. Other 4 can be any of the balance 5
5. For each of the profile collected, we will need the following information
a) Name of the person
b) His designation
c) His email id ( personal or official email id)
d) Hospital contact number ( common for all)
e) Hospital address ( common for all)
f) Hospital website address ( common for all)
6. The data needs to be given to us in Excel sheet on a daily basis for the hospitals covered.
7. We will set a milestone in 4 parts- 1st one after 125 hospitals are covered and 2nd after 250 hospitals are covered., 3rd after 375 and 4th after 500 are covered.
8. Where data is not provided for in a particular hospital , that would not be considered as complete record.
9. Upto 10% incomplete records will be accepted.
I am attaching a format in which the record needs to be submitted. This is a sample of how the files should be sent to us.
PLEASE NOTE- WE WILL ESSENTIALLY PROVIDE YOU A LIST OF THE 500 HOSPITALS NAMES THAT IS ALL. REST OF THE INFORMATION WILL NEED TO BE COLLECTED BY YOU THROUGH WEB RESEARCH AND A LOT OF TELE-CALLING
