High-Ticket Closers Needed

I run a performance-based agency that handles inbound leads for deals ranging from $2 k to $5 k. I’m adding a small group of proven closers who will pocket 65 % of every commission while the agency retains 35 %. Your background must already be in high-ticket sales and you should feel at home steering discovery calls through to a paid invoice. Because most of our current pipeline sits in real estate, software/technology, and finance, success in at least one of those verticals is essential. Core skills I rely on every day: • Excellent communication—clear, concise, and confidence-building on video or phone • Negotiation that protects margin without killing rapport • Daily discipline inside a modern CRM (HubSpot, [login to view URL], Pipedrive or similar) so the entire team has accurate, real-time data What you’ll do once onboarded: • Receive pre-qualified appointments straight from our setters • Run the call, handle objections, and secure the credit-card or payment link before hanging up • Log notes, tags, and follow-ups in the CRM the same day If you can demonstrate a consistent close rate in the niches above and are comfortable operating strictly on the 65 / 35 split, let’s talk.
