Freelance Business Development for Marketing Agencies: Cold Calling and Contract Acquisition (Open to Beginners)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced freelancer, but also open to beginners, to strengthen our business development team within our marketing agency. This freelancer's main mission will be to find new customers using cold calling techniques, while working closely with our team until the successful conclusion of contracts.
Active prospecting: Make targeted cold calls to identify new business opportunities and assess the needs of potential customers.
Rigorous follow-up: Ensure meticulous follow-up of prospects, maintain an up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) system and draw up regular progress reports.
Negotiation and Acquisition: Work closely with our sales team to negotiate contract terms and ensure a smooth transition to signing.
Achieving Objectives: Set prospecting and customer acquisition objectives and strive to achieve them on a regular basis.
Team Collaboration: Work in synergy with our marketing and sales team to align prospecting efforts with our overall strategy.
Proven experience in business development, particularly in the marketing or related services sector (for experienced candidates).
For entry-level candidates, strong motivation, desire to learn and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and communications software.
Motivation, perseverance and ability to achieve goals.
This is a freelance position, offering flexibility in terms of working hours and location.
