Field Sales for EMR SaaS

Our healthcare-tech company is rolling out a cloud-based OPD and EMR platform across tier-1 and tier-2 cities in India, and the next four weeks are critical. I need an experienced, on-the-ground sales professional—someone already comfortable speaking with doctors, practice managers, and clinic owners—to drive adoption through in-person visits. Scope of work • Map and prioritise key clinics, polyclinics, and small hospitals in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh–Tri-city, Lucknow, Jaipur, and other major northern hubs. • Schedule face-to-face demos, showcase the product’s appointment, billing, and electronic medical records modules, and handle objections on the spot. • Close agreements and collect onboarding documents; all data must be updated daily in our internal CRM (Zoho or any comparable tool you already use). • Provide concise weekly reports outlining number of visits, demos, conversions, and pipeline status so I can track performance against our monthly target. Acceptance criteria 1. Minimum 50 qualified clinic visits completed within 30 days. 2. At least 20 product demos delivered. 3. Ten signed subscription agreements (or demonstrable proof of serious intent) recorded in the CRM and verified by me. A mid-level specialist with 2-5 years of medical or SaaS field selling experience will fit perfectly; an existing network among private practitioners is a strong advantage and should be highlighted in your proposal. The timeline is tight, so speed, reliability, and transparent reporting will determine success.
