We are looking for aggressive, independent Field Sales Executives to onboard local restaurants, cafes, and lounges onto our platform. This is a 100% straight-commission (no base salary) position designed for experienced closers who want to build a massive income through rapid, high-volume direct merchant acquisition. Compensation & Earning Potential Commission Rate: 25% per closed annual subscription. Payout Per Sale: ₹7,500 flat for every single onboarding (Product Price: ₹30,000/year). Payout Frequency: Weekly payouts! You get paid the same week your closed client’s payment clears. Income Milestones: Achievable (5 sales/month): ₹37,500/month Target (10 sales/month): ₹75,000/month Top Performer (15+ sales/month): ₹1,12,500+/month What You Will Be Doing Direct Field Outreach: Walk into restaurants, cafes, food courts, and lounges in your assigned local territory. Product Demos: Meet with restaurant owners, managers, or decision-makers and deliver a punchy, 2-minute live phone/tablet demo of our QR ordering system. Closing Deals: Convince owners to modernize their ordering process, reduce staff load, and increase table turnover using our software. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact during the brief onboarding setup. Zero Caps: There is absolutely no limit on how many deals you can close or how much money you canE make. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of feet-on-the-street field sales or merchant acquisition experience. (Prior experience selling to restaurants via companies like Zomato, Swiggy, DotPe, Pine Labs, Magicpin, or Paytm is a massive plus). Skills: Strong communication skills, resilience to rejection, and excellent face-to-face negotiation habits. Tools: Must own a smartphone. Mindset: Self-driven individuals who do not need micromanagement and prefer performance pay over a fixed desk job.
