We are an E-commerce company looking for TWO associates for a full-time long-term position. Our current freelancers have been working with us for 3+ years and we were able to find good talented people. We are now looking to expand and are in need of a serious candidate who is looking for a full-time long-term position and can work During USA CST Timezone.
(1) First candidate Role:
Responds to Customer Messages / Emails, Handle Return request / Disputes / Chargebacks,
Available to our customers via Live chat & Corresponds with our team via Group communication. On an average, we get 25 - 30 E-mails, messages and other inquiries/day. So it is a very light work.
(2) Second candidate: Will do everything listed above and will handle incoming / outgoing phone calls (VOIP). We get on an average of 7 - 10 phone calls/day. So it is an easy and light workload. This individual will get higher pay.
Excellent communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Able to Multi-Task
Fluent (Reading, Speaking, and Writing) in English.
