Freelancer Salesperson for Corporate Mental Health Workshop Outreach We are a creative collective focusing on mental health, social-emotional learning (SEL), and justice work through experiential workshops. Any company that prioritizes employee well-being is a potential target. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify corporate leads, including finding contacts for a pre-identified list of CSR programs and companies. Cold-call and email potential corporate clients to pitch our mental health workshops. Raise awareness of the importance of mental health services and the benefits of our workshops for employee well-being. Follow up with potential clients and stakeholders to finalize partnerships and secure workshop bookings. Generate new leads from companies that prioritize mental health and employee well-being, outside of the provided list. Ideal Skills and Experience: Proven track record in corporate sales or business development. Experience in promoting health, wellness, or mental health initiatives is a plus. Strong communication and persuasive skills for effectively pitching workshops. Understanding of mental health issues and their relevance in corporate settings. Ability to target and engage with medium to large companies in relevant industries. Written information about the workshop content, outcomes, and our mission. Additional Details: The role will focus on local outreach, with an emphasis on cold-calling corporate contacts to secure workshop bookings. We will discuss and agree on a compensation structure based on the freelancer’s preferred fee. Specific revenue and attendance targets will need to be met as part of the project’s success metrics.
