Your mission • Hunt: identify decision-makers, start conversations, and qualify needs. • Nurture: guide prospects through discovery, proposal, and contract, keeping touchpoints personal and timely. • Close: secure signed projects and hand them off smoothly to our production team while remaining the client’s strategic point of contact for upsells and referrals. Commission structure I pay a percentage of the net project value on every deal you close. Payouts release the moment a client’s first milestone invoice clears, so earnings scale directly with your results—no cap, no delay. What success looks like • Minimum five qualified tech-sector leads each week. • At least two signed SM-B2B web projects per month after a 30-day ramp-up. • Clear CRM notes and weekly pipeline updates so production and billing teams stay aligned.
