This is not a marketing or lead generation role. We are looking for individuals who are confident in identifying prospects, pitching our training programs, and converting them into paying students. Training Programs You'll Sell Our training portfolio includes: - Data Analytics - Data Science - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning - Power BI - Business Analytics - Financial Analyst - Business Analyst - Web Development - HR Analytics - Supply Chain Analytics - Project Management - And other career-focused professional training programs. Key Responsibilities - Generate your own leads through your network, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other sales channels. - Understand a prospect's career goals and recommend the most suitable training program. - Explain course features, learning outcomes, mentoring, and career benefits. - Follow up with prospects and close enrollments. - Achieve agreed monthly enrollment and revenue targets. - Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities. Requirements - Experience in sales, business development, education counselling, or EdTech sales is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets. - Comfortable using online platforms and digital communication tools. - A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
