Responsible for securing new business opportunities on Linkedin or through other social media sites.
Successfully new client acquisition & on boarding through calls, virtual meetings.
Responsible for the end-to-end Business Development process
Lead nurturing, engagement, and closing sales.
Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting candidates profiles as per client requirements.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.
Continuous follow-up & coordination with clients.
Develop strong & long-term relationship with the new & existing clients.
Maintain constant communication with clients through email /phone call.
Ensure client Satisfaction and handle situations tactfully
You will work as main point of contact for Clients to resolve various issues untill candidate join.
Responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
