Business Development Executive in Edtech
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Edtech company. Our industry focus is in the technology sector, specifically in the education technology space.
- We have a specific industry/sector in mind for our target market.
- The primary goal of this business development project is to increase sales.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Work and CTC Details:
Weekly working hours: 18 hours or less
Time: 2PM-6 PM IST preferably
Monthly Salary(in INR): upto 7000
Quarterly Bonus and Goodies ranging 5-10% at least of your annual CTC

Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
nearly 1-2 year of experience in sales
Ability to generate and qualify leads/manage sales pipeline
Experience in conducting Market Research
Experience in business development or sales role
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
Proven track record in business development, preferably in the technology or education industry.
- Strong understanding of the Edtech market and trends.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
