Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Lead generation and initiate meeting and closures
2. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
4. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
5. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
6. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
7. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
8. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
9. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
10. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
11. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Desired Competencies :
1. Proven working experience as a business development , sales executive or a relevant role.
2. Proven sales track record
3. Market knowledge
4. Communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to build rapport
Candidate should have experience in B2B sales.
