Australian Mortgage Process (Appointment Setting) -- 2

Process: Mortgage Loan (Australian Process)

Seater : Start with minimum 5 seater expandable to 10 or more later.

Shift timing: Morning 6 AM to 3 PM (IST) or 5 AM to 2 PM (IST) any one shift as per client requirement.

Working hours: 48hrs (Monday to Saturday)

Criteria: Excellent English communication, Excellent Convincing skills, Experienced candidate with minimum 1 yr experience in International call center( Specialized in Cold calling (Outbound calls), Sales/Lead generation/Appointment Setting background) is a must.

Training provided by client

Job Description: This is completely a outbound process, where we call customer based on leads provided by the clients, we work on reducing bank loan interest based on customers current loan, our job is just to fix appointment date and time and pass it on to our representatives in Australia and they will go to customer's place and close the deal by giving them best options to reduce his bank loan interest.

Center's Requirement:-

1. Good office Environment

2. Good Internet speed and Good systems.

3. VOIP has to be bared by centre with recording option (No payment will be processed without recording proof)

Payouts: Monthly Payouts for the first 3 months from 4th Month it would be fortnight payments.

$30 per appointment setting, Target 2 appointments must per agent, per day.

In a Month 2*26= 52 Appointments per agent.

Rough Calculation for 5 agents:- (AUD $)

1 appointment fixing $30*2 sales per day per agent = 60$ per agent;

$60*5 Agents= 300$ Per day;

$300*26 days = $7800 per month

Note: More appointments set more you can earn no any limitations. Any clarification please revert.
