We need a reliable&professional team to deal with guests complaints from various hotels.
1. You must have worked in the hotel/travel industry before, or have extensive experience with customer complaints.
2. The members of the team must have a perfect spoken and written: English&French, English&Spanish, English&Italian, English&Arabic.
3. If you are a team of 2-4 members able to speak to speak more than 2 languages besides English, you will be accepted.
For example: English&French, English&Spanish.
4. You will have to work from your office.
5. You must have stable and high speed internet connection because all calls will be made using VOIP platform.
