We are a promotional merchandise company with a target market of medium to large corporate businesses and events based companies. Our services include sourcing promotional merchandise, providing useful event related services and supplying bespoke products for unique events / marketing campaigns.
We are looking for self motivated individuals to get on the phones and generate interest in our services. These calls should lead to further discussion and identifying strong leads for more direct sales communication.
We are also looking for individuals to geo to our prospective clients to present what our company can do for them.
Candidates with previous sales training, experience of selling B2B and previous experience or background knowledge in within the events, procurement, promotional products, marketing / advertising, sponsorship industries will be beneficial although being able to communicate well and build rapport with people aged 25 - 35 is will also favourable for this position
The main attributes that we are looking for are; relationship building and arranging high quality meetings to attend and convert into new clients, so highly professional, extremely friendly and persuasive is a must.
We would like to get someone suitable started on trial basis of 1-4 weeks to begin with, if the person is an appropriate match for the job then regular hours per week will be offered and attractive commissions will be negotiated as well as an basic rate of pay.
Commission: For the ideal candidates that show positive results a generous share of the profits from sales obtained will be made available per sale generated.
