Looking for someone experienced in posting ad.

YOU MUST be able to start immediately
Requirements :
1. You are going to need 12 gmail accounts.
2. YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED.
3. IP rotator
4. PVA accounts (I'm not sure if job section requires this or not)
5. BE ABLE TO WRITE ADS (I will provide you with description)
Description:
Ads will be in job category (business/management)
I will provide you with what type of description to write, but you will be writing the main ad.
Payment :
I will pay you .50 / ad IF AND ONLY IF you can write it well so there are at least 20 responses for each ad. If you do it correctly, you should be able to get around 20 easily.
If you do not need hit 20, I will pay you 0.25 per each ad.
TRIAL :
There's a quick trial where you post 2 ads before I accept you on GaF. You will be posting 2 ads on CL, sending me the links, and I will accept you on GaF once I see that it is getting the required number of leads. It's 2 instead of 1 because I want to see that you can write ads that won't be ghosted or flagged immediately.
