Target-Driven Sales Executive

I need an experienced, self-motivated Sales Executive who can own a monthly revenue target from day one. Your mission is straightforward: find prospects, nurture them through the funnel, and convert them into long-term customers while keeping acquisition costs lean. You will be free to choose the most effective mix of methods—cold calling, social selling, outbound email, events—as long as activity levels translate into closed business. I will supply product training, buyer personas, marketing collateral, and access to our CRM; you supply the energy, persistence, and reporting discipline. Deliverables I will measure you on: • A weekly pipeline report exported from the CRM, showing new leads, stage progression, and forecasted revenue • A minimum number of qualified opportunities opened each month (we will define the exact figure together before kick-off) • Signed contracts or purchase orders that meet or exceed the agreed monthly quota If you have a track record of smashing quotas, can communicate value clearly, and are comfortable negotiating with decision makers over the phone and online, I’m ready to talk.
