Hybrid Sales Team Setup

My company sells a line of physical products, and it’s time to build a full-fledged hybrid sales force that can handle both inside and field activities without missing a beat. The right professional will help me design the team structure, outline hiring profiles, and put in place workflows that balance remote prospecting with on-site relationship building.
