About DUAL Studio DUAL is a premium, brand-first web design and development studio. We build websites that build trust — the kind that convinces a client's own customers to choose them. About the Role We're hiring a Business Development Executive to handle outbound cold calling — reaching out to business owners who could benefit from a stronger website presence. Your job is to start the conversation, understand their situation, and either book a meeting for us or close the deal directly. What You'll Do Cold call business owners across India, expanding to other regions over time Have real, concentrated conversations to understand what the business actually needs Book qualified meetings or close deals directly Report progress and outcomes regularly Compensation Structure This is a 100% commission-based role. You earn a percentage of the project value for every client you successfully close. There is no fixed salary. Trial Period The first 30 days is a performance-based trial. You'll be given real leads to work with, and your results — meetings booked, deals closed — will determine whether we move forward into a longer-term working relationship. This isn't unpaid busywork; every close during the trial is paid at the same commission rate. Who We're Looking For Confident, clear English communication (spoken) Genuine interest in sales, outreach, or business development Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections and rejections Self-motivated — this role rewards initiative, not hours logged Prior sales/cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate you can learn fast How to Apply DM or message with a short note on why this role interests you.
