As our Commercial Manager, you’ll drive revenue, customer outcomes, and play a key role in shaping how we scale. This is a rare chance to: - Own the full customer journey from day one - Step into a team-lead role in 6-12 months - Work directly with the founder in a transparent, outcome-driven culture - Influence the product roadmap - Get paid in stable USD with upside and benefits What We Do: SurveySync 3D converts raw point clouds (E57) and 360° imagery into lightweight, browser-based tours with measurement, markup, and API integrations. We help surveyors reduce costs, cut site revisits, and enable remote collaboration for AEC teams. What You’ll Do: Revenue generation (≈ 70% of your time) -Prospect around 20 targeted firms daily via email, LinkedIn, and phone -Book at least six qualified demos per week and convert four new customers per month -Negotiate plans, close contracts, and own renewals and upsells -Maintain pipeline and notes in HubSpot; publish a weekly KPI summary Customer success & light operations (≈ 30%) -Onboard new customers and run health-check calls at 30 and 90 days -Answer inbound tickets in Intercom within one hour during your shift -Keep churn under 5% and CSAT above 90% -Issue simple invoices in Odoo and follow up on overdue balances -Capture product feedback and coordinate with engineering Build & improve -Design and iterate playbooks for prospecting, demos, onboarding, and retention -Run experiments, document learnings, and scale what works -Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and competitive positioning What We’re Looking For -3+ years in SaaS sales, customer success, or growth, including personal closing quota -Proven ability to hunt, demo, and retain small-to-mid-market customers -Excellent written and spoken English -Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intercom, and spreadsheets -Bonus: Exposure to 3D, point-cloud, BIM, or AEC workflows -Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-ownership environment
