Telemarketing to get appointments. We sell specialist cleaning machinery and we sell by demonstration. Our products are very convincing and once we have demonstrated then sales usually quickly follow. Quite a lot of selling to the public sector, but also some private sector.
If the telemarketing is good quality and gets results, then if you are interested we will be looking to increase hours - possibly up to 30 or 40 hours a week. If this is a problem then we don't need to do this - we are quite happy to use multiple telemarketers.
