Looking for an experienced SaaS QA Engineer to independently perform comprehensive pre-launch QA testing across our entire SaaS platform. The testing scope includes all areas of the product, not only the public website or customer-facing pages. Full Testing Scope You will test the complete platform, including: Public website: Homepage, pricing, informational pages, forms, links, navigation, and other public-facing pages. Public booking/customer experience: Complete booking flows, service/provider selection, scheduling, customer details, confirmations, cancellations, payments, and related customer-facing functionality. Business side: Business registration, onboarding, authentication, dashboard, appointments/scheduling, customers, services, team/providers, payments, reporting, settings, subscriptions/billing, and all other business-account functionality. Platform/Admin staff side: Admin authentication, internal dashboards, business/account management, support functionality, administrative tools, permissions, staff workflows, and other internal platform functionality. Authentication & security-related flows: Sign-up, sign-in, sign-out, password reset, social authentication, sessions, protected routes, permissions, and unauthorized-access scenarios. Billing & payments: Trials, subscriptions, plan changes, payments, refunds, cancellations, failed-payment scenarios, and applicable webhook/integration behavior. Emails & notifications: Transactional emails, verification flows, notifications, delivery behavior, and failure/error scenarios. Integrations: Relevant third-party services, APIs, and integration-dependent workflows. Data & permissions: Creating, editing, deleting, and persisting data; account/tenant separation; roles; permissions; and access controls. UI/UX functionality: Forms, buttons, links, navigation, validation, loading states, empty states, error states, and unexpected user behavior. Responsive & browser testing: Mobile and desktop layouts across relevant screen sizes and major browsers. Regression testing: Retest completed fixes and verify that changes have not broken previously working functionality. Testing should cover complete end-to-end workflows, not just individual pages. The QA engineer should also perform exploratory testing rather than relying exclusively on a checklist. We want an independent tester who actively looks for bugs, edge cases, broken workflows, data inconsistencies, permission problems, and issues we may not already know about. Bug Reporting Every identified issue should include: Clear bug title Severity/priority Area of the platform affected Exact steps to reproduce Expected behavior Actual behavior Screenshots or screen recordings when useful Browser/device information Relevant technical observations when available Retesting After fixes are completed by our developer, you will independently retest reported issues, check for regressions, rerun critical end-to-end workflows, and mark each issue as Passed, Failed, Reopened, or Requires Further Review. Final Deliverable Provide a final QA report containing all identified issues, severity, current status, retest results, remaining known issues, critical workflow PASS/FAIL results, and any unresolved risks that should be reviewed before launch. This is an independent QA role. Your responsibility is to thoroughly test the entire platform — public website, customer/booking experience, business side, and internal admin/staff side — document issues accurately, and independently verify fixes before launch.

Hi, I’m a QA Engineer with around 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing. I have worked on SaaS applications and have experience with functional, regression, exploratory, UI and API testing. I can help you test the complete platform before launch, including the customer side, business side, admin panel, authentication, booking flows, payments, subscriptions, permissions, notifications and integrations. I don’t just follow test cases. I also do exploratory testing to find edge cases, broken workflows, permission issues, data problems and other issues that may be missed during regular testing. For bugs, I can provide clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, severity, screenshots/videos and other relevant details. After fixes, I can retest the issues and perform regression testing to make sure the changes haven’t affected existing functionality. With over a decade of experience as a software tester, I have a deep understanding of the importance of pre-launch QA in ensuring a seamless user experience across the platform. What sets me apart is my ability to think like an end-user, precisely enduring that I test your app from various perspectives. In other words, I understand that a solution as comprehensive as your SaaS platform deserves testing to match. Regarding bug reporting and retesting, I take aim at making my reports detailed yet easy to comprehend. As someone who prides himself on delivering high-quality work on time without errors or defects, I'm excited about the opportunity to be your SaaS QA Engineer. Hi, I can provide a reliable solution that thoroughly validates your SaaS platform before launch by focusing on end-to-end QA across the public site, booking flows, business dashboards, and admin tools. The most important part of this is catching broken workflows, permission gaps, and data issues across all platform areas. If this is not handled correctly, it can cause launch-blocking defects and user trust problems. To meet the requirements, I plan to test each major flow independently, then run exploratory checks to find edge cases, inconsistencies, and hidden failures. I will document every issue with clear reproduction steps, severity, expected versus actual results, and visual evidence when helpful. After fixes are delivered, I will retest reported items, verify regressions, and confirm critical workflows again before launch. One point I would pay special attention to is authentication, access control, and tenant separation. I would handle this by testing role-based access, unauthorized paths, session handling, and cross-account boundaries across desktop and mobile views. Best regards, Artem

Hi, You're launching a full SaaS platform and need thorough pre-launch QA across the entire stack, from public pages to admin workflows. That level of end-to-end coverage, with exploratory testing and solid regression, is what I aim for. I’ve done end-to-end QA for multi-tenant SaaS platforms, building repeatable test flows and documenting issues with reproducible steps. I'd start by tracing current user journeys end-to-end, replicating real usage patterns, and isolating unstable parts before expanding coverage. Then I’d couple exploratory testing with a risk-based regression plan and verify fixes through full retests. One technical risk / key challenge: Managing data state across tenants and permissions can create flaky tests if isolation isn’t solid. What is the expected regression window and weekly release cadence for pre-launch sign-off? How should data and permissions be treated for cross-tenant tests and admin vs. customer roles? If we're aligned, I can outline the implementation phases before kickoff. Best regards, Brandon

Executing comprehensive pre-launch quality assurance across your SaaS platform requires rigorous end-to-end functional testing, permission boundary validation, and payment workflow verification. I will start by mapping your entire ecosystem into a structured test matrix, covering the public marketing pages, booking funnel, business dashboard, staff admin portal, authentication protocols, and Stripe billing lifecycle. From there, I will systematically execute usability, functional, and API tests, probing edge cases such as role-based access control leaks, failed payment webhooks, appointment cancellation conflicts, and session handling flaws. Halfway through our 7 days working timeline, we will hold a review checkpoint where I submit the comprehensive test execution sheet alongside prioritized bug reports containing clear reproduction steps, console logs, and Loom video recordings, at which time the 50% first milestone will be released. Once your engineering team deploys fixes, I will perform thorough regression testing to confirm resolved defects without introducing collateral bugs, concluding with a final pre-launch QA sign-off report within 7 days. With extensive experience in SaaS QA testing, I understand the critical importance of thorough pre-launch validation across all areas of your platform. My recent work involved comprehensive testing for a similar SaaS solution, ensuring every aspect, from user authentication to billing workflows, met the highest standards. My approach includes a structured testing plan with clear milestones, regular communication for status updates, and a detailed reporting process. I prioritize ownership of the QA cycle, ensuring that every identified issue is documented meticulously and retested for resolution before launch. This guarantees a smooth handover and minimizes the risk of missed deadlines or unresolved bugs. Before final commitment, I recommend confirming the scope and success criteria to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. This proactive step will help prevent misalignment and ensure a successful launch. Best regards, Lexi

Hi, I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in manual testing, functional testing, exploratory testing, API testing, and end-to-end SaaS testing. I’d be happy to independently test your entire platform before launch, covering the public website, customer booking flows, business dashboards, admin/staff workflows, authentication, billing, subscriptions, integrations, and permissions. My approach would include: * Testing complete end-to-end workflows, not just individual pages. * Exploratory testing to uncover hidden bugs, edge cases, data issues, and broken workflows. * Testing roles, permissions, tenant isolation, and unauthorized access scenarios. * Cross-browser and responsive testing across desktop and mobile. * Retesting fixes and performing regression testing after each update. I use Jira, Slack, browser DevTools, and Postman in my day-to-day QA work. Hi, I looked at your requirements and understand that the goal is to find launch-blocking issues across the entire SaaS platform, not simply test individual pages or follow a checklist. I can independently test the public, customer, business, and admin areas through complete end-to-end workflows, including authentication, permissions, booking, payments, subscriptions, notifications, integrations, responsive behavior, and edge cases. I’ll document every issue with severity, reproduction steps, expected vs actual behavior, screenshots/recordings, and environment details. After fixes, I’ll perform structured retesting and regression checks, then provide a final QA report with critical workflow PASS/FAIL results and remaining risks. I’ll approach the platform both systematically and exploratively to uncover issues that scripted testing may miss. Two quick questions: Do you already have test accounts and sandbox payment/integration credentials for the customer, business, and admin roles? Which browsers, mobile devices, and screen sizes are considered mandatory for the pre-launch test? Jonas Dedzo
