Dairy Farm SaaS Platform

I’m building a cloud-based platform that helps dairy farmers run the day-to-day side of their operations from one dashboard. The first release will centre on two core modules: • Inventory management – full stock tracking for feed, medicines, packaging and finished dairy products, automated order processing to and from warehouses or milk collection centres, plus supply-chain visibility so a farmer can see what’s in transit, what’s on hand and what needs to be reordered. • Vendor management – a lightweight CRM that lets the farmer track each vendor’s performance, record deliveries and issue payments directly from the system. Payment processing and vendor histories should be accessible in just a few clicks. The code must be delivered as a multi-tenant SaaS application so each farm logs in to its own secure space. I’m open to the stack you propose, provided it is based on mainstream technologies and can scale (Laravel, Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, React, Vue or similar are all acceptable). A responsive web UI is essential; a companion mobile interface can follow as a later milestone. Acceptance criteria 1. User can sign up, create a farm profile and invite team members. 2. Inventory module shows real-time stock levels, low-stock alerts and purchase order workflow. 3. Vendor module records deliveries, generates payment transactions and maintains a searchable vendor list. 4. Data is isolated per tenant and protected with role-based access. 5. Deployment scripts and documentation allow me to push the product to a fresh cloud server in one step. Please outline the tech stack you would choose, the approximate timeline, and any similar SaaS you’ve shipped before so I can gauge fit.
