I run an AI-led hiring SaaS platform that streamlines the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing through onboarding, using adaptive assessments and machine-learning-driven shortlisting. The product is already live and proven; what I now need are motivated channel partners who can open doors to new prospects. My sweet-spot market is the BPO / KPO sector, where high-volume, fast-turnaround recruiting is mission-critical. While that is our primary focus, the technology is robust enough to serve virtually any role or function, so conversations outside pure BPO/KPO are welcome if you sense a fit. Here’s what I’m asking from a partner: • Introduce qualified prospects—ideally HR directors or talent-acquisition heads—who have an immediate or upcoming need to hire at scale. • Arrange or attend the initial discovery call so I can tailor a live product demo to their pain points. • Keep basic notes on the prospect’s size, current hiring workflow, and decision timeline so I can move the deal forward efficiently. Each introduction is considered delivered once the prospect confirms a discovery call. I track progress transparently and release commissions the moment the client signs. Let’s discuss how we can structure margins, milestones, and territory to make the partnership rewarding for both of us.
