I am an Australian researcher who requires a historical birth certificate for a person born in 1884 in Russia. I therefore need the assistance of a Russian citizen who can pay the relevant fees in rubles to the archives. The person will also have to provide their full name and address as these are the terms set by the Stavropol Archives. You might receive documentation from the institution in the mail.

This is not an overly difficult task. It will require very little translation work, but payment in the local currency is important. Those costs are included in the budget for this project, as such fees should be minimal (less than $15). Any amount above $15 will be added to the budget.

I encourage people to bid 40-50 AUD for this project. Exact budgeting is not possible to know at this point.
