Hello there - open to bidding

Firstly, it’s not a freelance job offer at all. It’s more likely a friendship invitation. We’re just looking for some ‘professional’ friends that we can make business with. If your priority is ‘just’ making money, maybe you shouldn’t bother to read further. But if programming and creating new stuff is a way of living for you -just like us- please read on. We're a new and innovative start-up currently located in Turkey but which plans to move to Silicon Valley (San Francisco, US) in a near future. Our services are mostly video oriented such as video transcoding, video ad servers, video CMS's etc. Currently, we consider to refactor some of our products’ codebase. We also have some stunning plans such as releasing some of our services as open source projects. (Specifically Ruby gems) As a result, we’re looking for some new friends to work with us on these challenging projects. We have 3 developers on site and now we’re looking for an off site Ruby ninja to enlighten our path to the open source community. Budgets for each project may vary. So it’s early to mention about money, I think. Our most important priority is finding someone who enjoys what he/she does and is a master of his/her job. If you consider yourself as a professional Ruby programmer, we would love to take a look at your Github account (hoping you have a Github account or any claim that you’ve contributed some serious open source projects written in Ruby?
