RPA Data-to-Excel Automation - GIVE US THE FINAL PRICE

I need a small but reliable robot that logs in to our QuickCEP CRM every five minutes, extracts both Inbound call data and Activity logs, re-formats and merges the results, then writes the refreshed figures into a single Excel workbook that the team already uses for reporting. The flow should handle: • Secure sign-in to QuickCEP • Field mapping, basic cleansing and time-stamping of the pulled records • Overwriting or appending in the correct Excel tabs without breaking our existing formulas Any Windows-friendly RPA platform is fine—UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, —so long as it can run unattended and you deliver the full source so we can schedule it on our own machine. Deliverables • Packaged workflow with readable annotations • Config / credential file placeholders • Sample run showing at least two consecutive 5-minute cycles • Brief hand-over notes (or short video) explaining installation, schedule setup and how to change the target workbook Acceptance criteria 1. Bot runs on a standard Windows 11 PC with no manual clicks after start-up. 2. Every execution pulls the latest Sales data and Activity logs from QuickCEP and updates Excel correctly. 3. Runtime per cycle stays under two minutes, leaving buffer before the next five-minute trigger. 4. No data loss: row counts in Excel match those returned by the CRM API or screen extraction.
