Do you prefer UI automation or direct API integration where available? I suggest using API-first automation because it is faster and more reliable than UI scraping. I also suggest adding a fallback queue with human handoff because it prevents edge-case failures from blocking tickets. I will map workflows, identify API endpoints, and build reusable bot components.
