Senior US Civil & Structural Engineer

This is a long-term engagement—at least the next 12-24 months—for a senior-level civil and structural engineer who already knows the ins and outs of U.S. codes and permitting. I have a steady pipeline of work and want a seasoned professional I can rely on from preliminary concepts through final, permit-ready packages. You will be taking full ownership of structural analysis, civil layouts, construction details, and the inevitable rounds of agency comments. Whether you prefer AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or another platform, I’m flexible so long as the deliverables are accurate, well-coordinated, and code-compliant. Typical deliverables per assignment: • Calculations and analysis files (with clear assumptions and references) • CAD/Revit drawings ready for submission • Comment-response or peer-review memos when required • Professional stamp/seal for the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction All submittals must meet the latest applicable U.S. standards (IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.) and be delivered on the agreed schedule. Collaboration will be remote, but prompt communication and availability for brief video or phone check-ins are essential.
