60x25 Rustic Lean-To Barn Plans

I need a complete set of construction drawings for a 60' × 25' wood post-and-beam lean-to that will attach to the side of my existing building here in British Columbia. The layout is straightforward: a 10 ft interior alley running the full 60 ft length, five stalls behind it, each 12 ft wide with a 15 ft depth, and posts set on 12 ft centers. The roof will be a single-slope tying into the current structure, so the plans must show the connection details as well as footing sizes, post dimensions, beam & purlin schedules, and all other structural information required for BC Building Code compliance. Because the barn will carry power and water, please include a simple electrical and plumbing plan (lighting, receptacles, basic water line routing) so I can submit everything in one package for permitting. Rustic aesthetics are important to me—think exposed timber, traditional joinery where practical, and cladding choices that respect that look—so any elevations or renderings should reflect this style. Deliverables I am expecting: • Fully dimensioned architectural and structural drawings in PDF plus editable CAD (dwg or similar). • Connection details to the existing building and to grade. • Electrical and water layouts sized to code. • Materials take-off list for timber, fasteners, and hardware. Drawings created in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp are all fine as long as they export cleanly to PDF. Accuracy to the stated dimensions and to BCBC is the critical acceptance criterion.
