Rapid Dual-Unit Classroom Plans

I have two ground-floor commercial retail units—CRU North and CRU South, each roughly 4,000–4,800 sq ft—and I need them re-imagined as independent teaching facilities. Every unit must accommodate five classrooms for 12–15 students, an office, a boardroom, plus its own reception/lounge. You will receive clean as-built CAD files the moment we agree; from there I expect a workable, layout for each suite within a few hours, not days. Your first delivery should be a dimensioned plan for each CRU (PDF and the native file you draft in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Alongside that, I also need a stripped-down client-facing version—clear labels, minimal symbols, easy for non-architects to read.
