Ongoing Architectural Design Collaboration

I manage a steady stream of building projects and will rely on an architect who can stay on board from one assignment to the next. Each project will be briefed individually, yet in most cases I will require support across the full spectrum of architectural work—concept sketches, design development, and construction-ready documentation. Typical deliverables include: • Editable CAD drawings (AutoCAD or Revit preferred) • 3D massing or interior models when visual clarity is helpful (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) • PDF construction sets that satisfy local code requirements • Prompt revisions based on my red-line comments Clear communication, organised file management, and an eye for buildability are essential. Once we complete an initial task to verify workflow compatibility, I intend to assign subsequent projects on a rolling basis, so availability over the long term is important.
