Suggestion: Use a unified 1.2 m planning module with two concealed service spines: stack wet zones and AC trunks on them, keep ceilings clean with 250–300 mm coves hosting linear light and slot diffusers; deploy DALI‑2 constant‑lux with KNX scenes, motorized shades on solar sensors, return air via shadow gaps, standardized 900 mm switch/thermostat heights, and panel schedules with labeled spares for future loads—minimal look, maximum flexibility.
