I need a complete structural design package for a multi-storey factory that will be built entirely in reinforced concrete. Long-term performance is critical, so every element must be detailed for high durability—aggressive-environment exposure classes, crack-width control, cover requirements, the works. All calculations, modelling and drawings must follow recognised international standards (Eurocode or ACI are both acceptable as long as you stay consistent throughout). Scope • Produce structural analysis models, load take-downs and hand-backed calculations. • Develop fully coordinated GA drawings, detailed plans, sections and reinforcement schedules suitable for construction. • Provide a concise design report explaining assumptions, codes referenced and durability provisions. • Deliver an editable BIM/Revit (or IFC) model alongside PDF sheets and native CAD files. Acceptance criteria • Design meets the specified international code without variances. • Durability provisions are explicitly shown on drawings and summarised in the report. • All files open error-free and are cross-checked against the load paths illustrated in the analysis.
