Commercial Building Revit Model & Documentation Update

We require updated documentation for a 3-level commercial building (cold shell design). Please find the most recent CAD file attached to bring you up to date with the project. In addition I have enclosed the old Revit file that requires updating and the previous pdf dossier of architectural drawings that need to be updated in the same style and format. The scope of work is outlined below: Scope of Work Milestone 1: Revit File Update Update the current Revit model (interior and exterior) to reflect all recent changes shown in the updated CAD drawings. Incorporate the new survey of surrounding buildings for the purpose of generating accurate shadow diagrams. Delivery 1 day, Milestone 2: Shadow Studies Conduct shadow studies for the site, comparing existing conditions with the proposed building. Shadow diagrams should be produced at hourly intervals for the equinoxes and mid-winter, following the format of the provided examples. Delivery in 1 day, Milestone 3: External render/elevations & Documentation Revise the external façade to reflect recent internal layout changes and any minor updates. Provide updated Revit and CAD files incorporating these revisions. Generate section elevation drawings including materials and finishes, consistent with previous pdf dossier Delivery in 1 day, Milestones 4: Rendered Images & Final Presentation Produce 5–6 high-quality external rendered views of the building from various angles in PDF format. Compile a complete PDF binder of all diagrams and visuals, similar to the previous project dossier. Delivery in 1 day, Delivery of all revised files in PDF, CAD and Revit in editable format Please provide examples of your work, timeline for this and fee proposal.
