I need a New Jersey–licensed architect to perform a full code-compliance review on an “other”-type property that does not sit neatly in the usual residential, commercial, or industrial categories. The job calls for a deep dive into every discipline—structural, electrical, and plumbing—against the latest NJ Uniform Construction Code, with special attention to Building, Fire, and Energy codes (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE 90.1, and related sections). Here’s what I expect at the end of the engagement: • A written compliance report that cites each relevant section of the NJ code and notes where the current design meets or falls short. • Mark-ups or red-lined drawings (AutoCAD/Revit files) showing required corrections. • A prioritized action list that my design and construction team can implement immediately. I will provide all current plans and any prior review comments as soon as we start. If additional site visits or coordination with local officials are necessary, let me know up front so we can schedule them.
