We sell directly to consumers, retail stores, and promotional product distributors. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Commission Sales Representative to expand our retail presence. Job Overview: We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Commission Sales Representative to drive retail sales and introduce our products to new retailers. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong network in the retail industry and a passion for innovative consumer products. Key Responsibilities: Retail Expansion: Identify and target potential retail partners, including local and national stores. Develop and execute strategies to introduce CordBrick products to new retail outlets. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers. Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Tailor pitches to meet the specific needs of each retailer. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules. Close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Feedback: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the company to inform product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer products or retail. Existing network of retail contacts is highly desirable. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative. Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative products. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with retailers. Compensation: Commission-Based Earnings: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
