Python & Node.js developer required for Web application

I’ve begun building a web application whose core job is to pull data through a G connecter service, process it, then expose the results through a clean, responsive interface. The stack is already split between Python (for data handling and business logic) and Node.js (for API routing and real-time interaction), and I need someone comfortable working in both environments to finish the integration end-to-end. Your work will center on three areas: • Python: write or refine the modules that authenticate with the G connecter, fetch the required datasets, handle retries / rate limits, and transform the payloads into a format our frontend can consume. • Node.js: create the REST endpoints (Express or similar) that surface the processed data, ensure they are secure, and wire them for real-time updates where appropriate ([login to view URL] or Server-Sent Events). • Deployment & hand-off: unit tests for critical paths, concise inline docs, and a short README so the codebase can be deployed to a standard Linux container without surprises. Acceptance criteria: – G connecter calls return accurate, up-to-date data on a configurable schedule. – All endpoints respond in <300 ms under typical load. – Code passes the test suite and lints cleanly. – Setup instructions reproduce the working environment in one go.
