Two apps sharing one backend is the right call here, but the real trap is the real-time status flow: FCM alone drops messages, so booking status needs a Firestore or Supabase listener as the source of truth, with FCM only for wake-ups and reminders. I'll build both apps in React Native against a shared Node API, wire Stripe or Razorpay with webhook-verified payments, and set the 24h/1h reminders through scheduled functions so they fire even if the app is closed. 1) Razorpay or Stripe, and which country are you collecting payments in? 2) Are Figma screens ready, or should I propose a Material 3 layout first?
