This project centers around researching a 14 organisations evolving in Customer Experience Consulting in the UK.
The output required will be a good understanding of the background of the organisation, whether they won any recent awards (on their own or jointly with clients), who their most prestigious clients are (if publicized) and what their key differentiation (in terms of product offering) seem to be.
The person to whom the project will be awarded will carry out a desk research task. This will mean going through the website and other channels (Twitter and LinkedIn predominantly) of the different shortlisted consultancies to collect information on:
1. The location of their UK offices,
2. Prestigious clients,
3. Key services they offer
4. The main differentiating proposition (or framework) that sets them apart from the competition.
Along with these, a checklist will be provided which will allow to quickly eliminate some of the organisations if they do not fit the intended profile.

Ability to hunt down key information, writing up a synthesis of research and the ability to weight in the credibility and strength of the different consultancies to be reviewed.
It's a desk research task and reporting on it; being confident with surfing the internet and analyzing information (non-numeric) are the keys to this project.
