You will support the formulation of climate change-related projects for large climate funds (GCF, GEF, AD, etc.). Our office is in Valencia (Spain), but this can be a home based position with flexible working hours.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including literature reviews and background searches on a broad range of subjects related to climate change.
Present findings in presentations and reports.
Coordinate inputs from co-workers and external contractors (international and local consultants) to deliver our services on time and consistent with our quality standards.
Formulation of proposals (theory of change, logical framework, budget).
Sound knowledge and experience of climate mitigation and adaptation.
Proven and recent experience with development and/or implementation of international technical assistance projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic and open.
Strong oral and written English communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from them.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
