Online teaching assistant
Budget $750-1500 USD
I teach Strategic Management and International Management classes for universities in Korea, India and Vietnam. I seek part time, online-help teaching and to upgrade and help students publish their class term papers.
Please revise, then clarify pay & your thoughts to complete each specific, project based job task (numbers were proposed by another applicant, but you can revise as you feel best):
Example: Please revise your time and task pay demands for each of the following:
Job task 1: **Find class PPT & edit for each week’s class: $3/PPT (10min/task) Maybe 50 PPTs monthly: $150

Job task 2: *revise students CSR grant application & submit: $3/grant (10min/submission). Maybe 50 monthly: $150 Application for Ford Foundation Agri IoT Apps File: [login to view URL]
Job task 3:***revise and submit student paper to a journal: $10/paper submission (90min/task). Maybe 20 monthly: $200
Input title & abstract to find a Q4 journal, then check highest acceptance and Impact Factor: [login to view URL]
Check it’s a Scopus Q4 or Q3 journal: [login to view URL]
Check guide for authors to format paper: [login to view URL]
-paper publication acceptance: $200/paper with 20 submissions monthly: $4000 (may take time for review?)
Every submission may get published, but it takes time. ~$200 - $4,000/month
Job task 4:*edit a professional video for teaching/realty: $5/video(15min/edit+rendering) x 2 videos daily ~ $240 monthly
Job task 5:*make a website for teaching or realty(60min/task): $75
*: low priority, *** high priority, & “-” = automatic
Another applicant proposed total task based bonus pay: $1,015 . . If all tasks are completed well, base pay jumps up $250: $1,265
Additional base pay monthly: $200 …
Another applicant proposed target total pay: $1,465 +publication fees.
What do you propose in detail?
I estimate staff work 24 hours weekly. I have more than 100 videos to edit (low priority), 45 PPTs and PDFs to arrange (high priority), 15-20 papers (high priority), and CSR grants (low priority) ready to prepare to submit, and more tasks.
I am flexible with time. I focus on results and job task activities completed. You can work almost anytime and any day you want. The more clearly we specify personal interests, task times and pay, the faster we can start projects.
