Job Description:
I have to answer 9 questions to explain and show examples of how I meet the job specifications for a Senior Learning Officer job in Biomedical Science. I have written my answers, but they are too long and don't flow well. I would like them to be in the STAR [situation, task, action, result, reflection] style, 150-180 words per example. I have attached a word doc of my answers and an example of the STAR method (although the STAR examples I found are quite sales based - I need them to reflect more towards a lab job). Please also highlight anything you don't think is relevant to the question. The deadline is Saturday 10th Dec midnight if possible?
