We need a list with brief description of innovative services currently not being extensively offered in the world. You will need to research the industry of English / Spanish (Translation, localization, teaching of languages, content creation, bilingual children literature, etc) and interview corporation for services needed but not being offered. Data, concrete details, depth and originality is more important than superficial listings.
Max budget it is $80.
If you are American and have a very good knowledge of the Spanish language services related market at your country could increase the budget a bit. Am really interested about your advise.
