I want to build a list of all magazines, web sites, blogs, newsletters, etc that cover Emergency Management in the United States. I'm calling these "publications" below, to cover all of these things.
To make clear what is meant by emergency management, this would include publications focused on 911, police, fire departments, FEMA (federal emergency management agency), state emergency management departments and so on. (see [url removed, login to view] for an example).
The list should include the following information:
Name of the publication (or organization if there is not a title)
Editorial contact name
Editorial contact email
Editorial contact telephone
copy of one article or posting (I want to look at the text to verify that it covers emergency management)
The list must meet the following criteria to be accepted:
1) There must be at least 50 total listings
2) No more than 10 of the listings should be for vendor blogs (not promotional blogs for selling one company's products)
3) All of the listings must be verified as current and that the contacts are real people and are editorial (not sales) contacts
4) These must be publications focused on emergency management or related areas, not generic publishers of articles (e.g. not [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] or similar types of websites.)
When you deliver the list, I will call a sample of the contacts to verify that they are current and represent real people and meet the criteria listed above. If I find a non-current listing (old contact, not real person) or other criteria failure, I will send the whole list back to you for verification. If you send me the list again and I find a non-verified listing, I will send it back again. If the list fails on the third test, I will cancel the project and you will return any milestone payment.
I will pay bonus for more than 50 listings (if they all qualify) and I might pay a bonus if you find other resources that could be useful for promoting a product for call centers, but only if you submit them separately.
