I have 5 Crystal Reports that I need three changes made to:
-The headers, footers and formatting of the elements is in each report. I would like a template created and these 5 reports moved onto that template, such that a change to the color of text, for example, is reflected in all 5 reports, and any new reports based on the template.
-Each report requires the entry of one or two dates, currently in the format YYYYMMDD. I would like to have drop downs for each field (Month: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec. Day (1-31) and Year (2008,2009,2010,2011). In addition, I would like a calendar to pop up, and selecting a date on that calendar will popluate the drop downs.
-The prompt screen (where the dates are entered) does not have a description. I would like to be able to add a description to each report.
