A report written as a lab manual about estimating the heat stress on working man based on wet bulb globe temperature is required. The standarts will be as the added ones. The thermal stress estimation standart is ISO7243 and the estimation equipment standart is ISO7726. The aim of this project is to determine a lab procedure about how to do such estimation by considering when, why, where and how to do it with which type of equipment under which standarts and what are these equipments, costs of them, measurement tolerances of them etc. In addition to procedure, a simple sample calculation is needed to show the estimation results based on the inputs, for example, wet bulb globe temperature, accuracy of measurement and the other variables that are needed to calculate the thermal stress are needed. This calculation can be done for just one input and one output. All of these will be done under the added standarts that are ISO7726 and ISO7243. The report shouldn't exceed 15 pages. And the sections may include: abstract, introduction, theory and methodology, measurement equipment, experimental procedure, cost of the measurement systems and the addition costs, sample calculation and a brief conclusion about what is done in this estimation and there may be also discussion about the estimated output and the measured output just to proof the thermal stress may also find by using related formulations without measuring it in Laboratory. In addition there should be reference list and the report should be written in APA format.
