I have a large job and a small, fixed budget. I am in dire need of an interactive 3D rendering of a vision God has laid on me for a client in the RTP area of North Carolina. I understand if you rather not accept this assignment, but will you please be up front with me as to whether we will be able to work together on this project? Until a deal is consummated, I can pay $450.00 for this work.
I have a vision for a 47-acre tract of land for my customer. I know that if my client sees and likes what I have pictured in my head and you can capture on canvass, there will be many more projects to come. I have faith that I will find the perfect person or outfit to turn my vision into a reality.
Allow me to start with the entrance to the property. My vision has 2-lanes of ingress and egress to the property. The expansive drive will be separated by a median, lined with mature trees and well lit. There will be areas where people may stop, park, and spend some time in some of the manicured natural family friendly areas before their stay, appointment, meeting, show, shopping, or dining.
Patrons will be astounded as they enter the project proper. My vision boasts 5 buildings which will be constructed in the shape of a huge inverted "U" with each connected by a glass enclosed skybridge. In some of the center space, people will marvel at the grandiose waterfall, which will create enthusiastic conversations in and of itself. It will be another of many highlights in store for visitors frequenting this development.
The first building on the right will be one that is well appointed with areas for meeting space, reunions, wedding rehearsals, receptions and more. The space will also have a space for visitors to enjoy live music of different genres, comedy shows and the like. t brining larger groups to our oasis. The
ty will off the main road as to make natural areas in the front at the entrance which is preferably tree lined d family friendly for kids. This will ensure less foot traffic in the project proper & also The next facility in this vision is a high-end Wyndham hotel. This full-service luxury hotel will be one of the finer ones in the area.
The center building of the inverted "U" will be a 2 or 3 story structure of which will become home to some high-end shops, offices, and a food court. The owner will be well served to go into contract with a high-level marketing agency to fill this facility as well as the building described earlier.
Fronting the Wyndham will be a 2500 seat dinner theater. The owners will contract with a company specializing in contracting with national Broadway shows and plays, bands and songsters. This building will have connected to it the same type facility found adjacent to the hotel and managed by the same marketing group previously mentioned.
On either side of the center facility will be round abouts leading to the rear of the property where parking decks and open marked spaces will be located. There will be moving sidewalks available for patrons to ride from their park to the location of their choice. There are to be amble spaces for bus & RV parking.
