Ultra-Realistic 45s CGI Teaser

I need a full-CGI teaser running 45–50 seconds that feels ultra-realistic, hyper-cinematic and truly large-scale, set in a sci-fi world built from scratch and finished to final polish. The piece must hit two key points: breathtaking visual effects and an immersive, expertly mixed sound design. You will take the project from initial concept boards all the way through blocking, asset creation, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing, sound design and final grading, so the end result is a ready-to-share teaser that can stand beside big-budget trailers.
