Revit-CAD House Plan Revisions

I already have a full set of CAD and Revit drawings in hand; what I need now is an architect to make changes into the CAD drawing. The priority is to fine-tune room dimensions and circulation, update both interior and exterior elevations, and bring the lighting and electrical plans in line with the new arrangement. You’ll be working with Revit and CAD (exportable to DWG) and keep everything within a single, coordinated CAD model. Accuracy is key! Deliverables (all in a single package): • Updated CAD model showing revised floor plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling/lighting plans • Corresponding PDF sheet set suitable for review and markup • DWG exports of each sheet I will supply the existing CAD and Revit file, current PDFs, surveys and all field notes once we start.
